Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico; admitted to practice of law in 2012 and in 2014 as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He received a Juris Doctor from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where he was a member of the National Association of Law Students (ANED) and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Minor Degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. He is currently a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Quiñones is an attorney who concentrates on civil litigation and commercial and consumer collection. He has the ability to think creatively and use non-litigious strategies to advance the interests of his clients.
