Kenmuel José Ruiz-López received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, at the same time he also became a real estate broker. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law.

Mr. Ruiz is a skilled commercial litigation attorney with nearly a decade of experience representing clients in complex disputes involving creditors’ rights, contracts, corporate governance, corporate issues, enforcements, commercial collections, and real estate asset recovery.
